CODEWA is a non-profit based in Tanzania, with a leadership drawn from a committed team of local and international volunteers.

How We Help Children

1.1) Inspiration: mentorship and career development seminars

CODEWA organises mentorship and career development seminars to guide children, inform them on the returns to education, and develop their job aspirations.

1.2) Inspiration: self-development seminars

Vulnerable children from our community have very few role models to inspire them, to push them to dream big and to build their self-confidence. We thrive to inspire them through seminars deconstruct stereotypes and help them believe in their dreams.

2) Health & Nutrition support

Poor health can result in lower school attendance and productivity. CODEWA provide health and hygiene advice, as well as health insurances.

3) School material provision & scholarships

Children from our community often lack basic school material to unleash their full potential. Many of our best students cannot go to high school as their families cannot afford it. Codewa provides school material and scholarships.
